1. The Service

StreamIPTV provides IPTV streaming subscriptions for personal, residential use in Canada and worldwide. Our service gives you access to live TV channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content through your preferred IPTV player.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription. One account per household. Your credentials are personal — they must not be shared with others or resold under any circumstances.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions are one-time payments for your chosen duration: 3, 6, 12, 24, or 48 months. There is no automatic renewal — you decide when and if to renew. All prices are in CAD. Payment is processed securely via PayPal.

4. Activation

Your login credentials are delivered via WhatsApp or email within minutes of payment confirmation. If you experience any delay, contact [email protected] immediately and we will sort it out.

6. Acceptable Use

The service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Resell or sublicense access to the service.
• Share credentials publicly or with people outside your household.
• Use the service for commercial broadcasting or public display.
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our technical systems.

7. Premium & Pay-Per-View Channels

StreamIPTV does not guarantee access to premium pay-per-view (PPV) events or exclusive broadcast rights. If you are interested in specific premium content, contact [email protected] before purchasing to confirm availability.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Occasional maintenance windows may briefly interrupt service. We are not responsible for outages caused by your internet connection, your device, or third-party infrastructure outside our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. We will make every effort to notify you first unless the violation is severe.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
