What Is Covered

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to:

The 7-day window begins at the moment your account is activated, not at the time of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

We keep this simple and fair. Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Accounts flagged for abuse or credential sharing
• Free trials — these are complimentary and are not eligible for monetary refunds
